SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120.
For orders under $120, Standard Shipping is available for $4.95 at checkout.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days before shipment.

Once your item(s) are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Once shipped out, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery.

So allow a total of 5-10 business days from the day of the purchase until you receive the products.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do NOT ship orders the same day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.

We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.


Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, this may delay processing by an additional 1–3 business days.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout to avoid any possible delays.


Your package may or may not require a signature.
Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe to be left unattended.

If deemed unsafe, the courier may hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule delivery.
We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package (such as a work address or trusted location).


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, which can take up to 48 hours.
You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

If there is an issue with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.

Please allow up to 7 days for tracking information to update.
In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your order will still be delivered.

Please contact us after the estimated delivery time if your order has not arrived.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.

Due to fast processing times, there is a very small window to cancel, modify, or change an order address.
If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate the request; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund excluding shipping costs.


RETURNS

By placing an order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
